Our approach

The Yoli way

A nonprofit, BCBA-led model built on one conviction: quality autism care follows from clinical excellence, not billable hours.

Why we exist

Autism prevalence has risen to 1 in 31 children in the U.S. Yet the commercialization of autism care means many for-profit providers prioritize financial growth over clinical quality — high caseloads, high turnover, and programs built around compliance rather than the child.

Yoli exists to make high-quality, evidence-based, child-centered care accessible to every family, across the entire autism spectrum, regardless of socioeconomic status. Read the full mission statement →

Six commitments

Ethical, least-restrictive ABA

Just enough support to thrive, never more. Therapy fits into family life instead of disrupting it, and never comes at the expense of being a kid.

Meaningful outcomes

Success is quality of life — independence, happiness, self-advocacy — not how well a child follows instructions. Strengths-based, future-focused.

Self-directed learning

Your child's interests — trains, space, art, animals — are the bridge to new skills. Intrinsic motivation drives learning that lasts.

Quality over quantity

Realistic clinician-to-client ratios. Lower caseloads mean focused attention, responsiveness, and no burnout-driven turnover.

Community-centered

Family gatherings and events that build a village: shared experience, normalized challenges, celebrated wins.

Nonprofit by design

Our bottom line is your child's well-being, not shareholder returns. Resources go back into people — professional development and retention.
